We sent you a text notification ruffly 15 minutes before our arrival. We love dogs! If yours are friendly with new faces, feel free to leave them out. If they’re shy or aggressive, we ask that they are inside while we take care of their business.
The frequency of our pickup service depends on your specific needs and the size of your furry family. For most households, a regular weekly pickup is recommended to maintain a clean and hygienic outdoor space. However, if you have multiple dogs or specific cleanliness requirements, you might consider scheduling more frequent visits. Our team is here to help you determine the best pickup schedule based on your circumstances. Feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to provide personalized advice to ensure your yard remains fresh and comfortable for both you and your pets.
If you are going to be out of town and would like to skip a week or two of pickups and the dog(s) will NOT be using the yard there is no charge for skipping a cleaning. We just ask that you give us 48 hours notice so we can update our schedules efficiently. If you do not notify us within 48 hours we will still charge you for your cleaning.
Our team scoops up the dog poop into a plastic compostable and disposable bag, ties the bag off tight, and disposes it in your trash can or a place you ask us to put it on your property. If the scooper is unable to locate your trash can they will place the bag to the side of your garage. For sanitary reasons, we do not have our team take the dog waste with them.
We try our best to come out and provide pet waste removal during inclement weather. If it is just drizzling rain we will still come out. If there is lightning, heavy rain or a Hurricane, we might not come out that day. If the rain/lightning stops quickly (because, let’s be honest, you never know what the weather will do on the Coast) we will still try to get you in the next day depending on availability. If we are unable to come and clean that week, we will get you the following week on your next scheduled pickup day. Rest assured we will keep you in the loop if there are changes to your scheduled dog poop pickup.
If we need to skip a week, your pooper scooper will spend as much time, removing twice as much dog poop (weather permitting), getting your yard caught back up. Essentially, it’s a double dog waste removal to account for the inclement weather that occurred the previous week.
We still pickup on Holidays, with the exception of Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years. On those weeks you will still be serviced, but the day may change. Our scheduling managers work extra hard to make sure every client is still serviced, and our team also gets to be with their family for the holiday!
Absolutely, we install the toughest stations on the market. We only install the best using state hiway caliber posts and exceeding regional post installation standards. We also service them.
